It's a Bird, It's a Plane....No It's Katherine "Bird"

Hello! Sorry I have not been blogging lately but really you do not know how busy the life of a two year old can be. Since my last update in October (eek! that is a longtime) I have had a lot going on so here is a quick recap:

• We moved into our new/old house in Converse Heights! I have setteld into my new room and Mommy did a fabulous job decorating (if I do say so)
  
• I started taking Mommy and Me Gymnastics (you should have seen the look on Mommy's face when the teacher said it was a "Mommy and Me" class - it was PRICELESS)
• I am officially two years old (in case you did not know in the toddler world that is BIG STUFF)

Here are some of my favorite activities

• Riding on the Golf Cart with Gigi, Papa, Mommy and Daddy. Every afternoon I ride through the neighborhood to look for Kitty Cats, Puppies, Squriles and children
• Singing (The Wheels on the Bus is an all time favorite)
• Play dates with Henry (my beau - don't tell daddy I am sweet on Henry because he says I cannot have a beau until I am at least 30)
• Playing with my shopping cart (and NO I do not like going shopping with my Mommy - I mean seriously who can shop that much?)
  
• Reading - My favorite books are Is Your Mama a Llama, The Very Quiet Cricket, Funky Farm, and Llama Llama Mad at Mama

Well Mommy is calling me to come eat supper I PROMISE to keep you posted on all of my HUGS, KISSES and HISSY FITS!

M.I.A?!? No Way - I am BACK!!!

Hello Friends! Sorry I have been "M.I.A." for the last few months but things around the Bauer house have been pretty crazy to say the least. Mommy took a new job as the Director of Development for the Spartanburg Children Shelter, we purchased a new house, and Daddy's favorite car the "Prix" kicked the bucket! I have been unable to post on Hugs, Kisses and Hissy Fits because our computer cord is M.I.A!
Since my last post I have been very busy! Here is a quick recap:

• I have had two hair cuts - Mommy sometimes calls me her little piranha because I have so much hair and so many teeth for such a little girl.
• I have added a lot of new words to my vocabulary and I have even started to using phrases my favorite (because it makes EVERYONE laugh) is "I Don't Know!" Also saying "NO" is so much fun - it drives my Mommy nuts.
• I have developed and addiction to purses. I love to carry Mommy's bags everywhere even if most are almost as big as me. By the way, if I do say so - Mommy has GREAT taste when it comes to bags!
• I had Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease. NOT a personal highlight in my life but that is what happens when lick the bottom of your "Crocs."

As you can see I have been SO busy but I promise not to keep you hanging again! Tonight is Halloween so tomorrow I will have tons of pictures and lots of Spooky stories:) Until then don't forget it is OKAY to give Hugs, Kisses and Hissy Fits!

Things Got a Little Wild...

Yesterday things got a little wild on my holiday! No, Mommy did not dance on a table or let me eat chocolate. I went on a Safari at The Wilds

Holiday! Celebrate!

Well, Mommy and I made it to Findlay on Friday. We had a GREAT flight. I ate a couple of chicken fingers,(whole) banana and drank a cup of milk before we boarded the plane. Guess what that means?!? I fell asleep just as we left the ground. Thankfully for Mommy (and the two men beside us) I slept the entire flight. My Aunt Mimi and cousin Joseph were so excited to see me. I felt like a celebrity with them waiting on me as soon as I got off the plane. Sunday was Joseph's 5th Birthday Party and it was loads of fun. We ate cupcakes, cookies and went swimming. See the attached pictures from the party! Well, from all of the excitement I am exhausted. I will hopefully write tomorrow! Until then...

All Packed Up & Somewhere Exciting to Go!

Well, I am all packed and ready to go! Tomorrow morning my Mommy and I are going on something she keeps calling "Holiday!" Please tell the wanna be Brit we are going to visit my Mimi, Uncle Bruce and Cousins Joseph & Jon. I am super excited because we are going to spend the days by the pool splashing around, celebrating Joseph's 5th Birthday and going on a Safari. I know this is going to be such a fun adventure. I have packed all of my cutest outfits and sassy bathing suits. I cannot wait for the FUN to begin. Tune in tomorrow to hear all about my plane ride. With my Mommy and I on the loose I am sure there will be stories to tell. Until then...
